Digz N' Lidz RC Experience Cafe is run by Digz N' Lidz RC Experience Cafe, 535-563 Lord Street, Southport, PR9 0BB. By booking a session, ordering food or drink, or otherwise using this site, you're agreeing to these terms.
Family and group bookings are paid in full at the time of booking, based on how many people you're booking for and the session length each person picks. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through, you'll get a confirmation email straight away.
Corporate and private event enquiries are handled separately, direct with our team, and may involve a different payment arrangement agreed at the time.
You can cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your session, contact us and we'll refund you in full or move you to a new date, whichever you'd prefer.
Inside 48 hours, we can move your booking to a new date once, subject to availability, but we're not able to offer a refund, since your slot has already been held for you and can't easily be resold at short notice.
If you don't show up for your booking and haven't been in touch, the booking is treated as used and no refund is given.
If you need to cancel for reasons outside your control, get in touch as early as you can, we'll always try to find a fair solution.
Each tier you book is for a fixed length of time at the digging pit. If you'd like longer once you're here, extensions can be added on the day for an extra charge, subject to availability. Sessions that run over without an extension may need to be wrapped up so the next booking or walk-in can be seated.
Children using the digging pit must be supervised by a paying adult at all times, staff are there to help run the session but aren't a substitute for parental supervision.
Enclosed footwear must be worn in the pit, no glass, and no food or drink taken in while digging, food and drink is for your seat or table only. Please follow any instructions given by staff about safe use of the equipment.
If an accident or injury happens on site, tell a member of staff straight away so it can be dealt with and recorded properly. We hold public liability insurance, this doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Food and drink can be ordered at your seat or table during your visit and are paid for at the time of ordering. Allergen information is available on request, please ask a member of staff about any allergies or intolerances before you order, we're happy to help you choose safely.
Discount codes are valid as stated at the time they're issued, may have an expiry date or a usage limit, and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. Only one code can be used per booking unless stated otherwise.
We can refuse entry, end a session early, or decline a booking where reasonably necessary, for example for safety reasons or disruptive behaviour affecting other guests or staff.
These terms may be updated from time to time, for example if pricing, session structure, or policies change. The version live on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
